New York Mental Health Billing Service

Choosing to remain in private practice reflects a deep commitment to upholding the quality of care you've always offered. It confirms your desire to operate your practice in line with your original vision.

After 18 years of serving dedicated doctors and their teams, we understand the unique challenges that physicians face every day. We’ve had the privilege of getting to know our physicians on a personal level. We see firsthand the early mornings that begin before dawn and the late-night emails that come through around midnight. We witness the dedication you pour into your practice, often at the expense of a personal life.

Our journey has shown us the hurdles that come with private practice, including the frustrations that arise from insurance denials for services rendered. We view these denials as personal affronts to the hard work and commitment of our physicians. That’s why we’ve made it our mission to advocate fiercely on your behalf, ensuring that as little money as possible is left in the hands of insurance companies.

With a deep understanding of the complexities of medical billing and a genuine passion for supporting healthcare providers, we are dedicated to maximizing revenue and allowing physicians to focus on what they do best: caring for patients. Together, we can navigate the challenges of the healthcare landscape, ensuring that you receive the respect and compensation you deserve.
